What we believe

Four things guide the journey.

These are the ideas parents should understand before the first lesson even begins.

Progress matters. We want you to see the movement from “I can’t” to “I can.”
Enjoyment matters.A child should not merely attend. They should want to keep learning.
Visibility matters. You should be able to follow what your child is learning.
Memories matter too.Because childhood should not feel like one long timetable.
A Day at Eagles

What Does a Day at Eagles Look Like?

Saturday Daytime 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
From the moment your child walks through our doors, the day comes alive! It’s more than just coming in for a music lesson. It’s a day of learning, laughter, growth, and those little “I did it!” moments that make the Eagles experience special.
01 · Lessons & Learning

Small enough to be seen.

At Eagles, classes are intentionally kept small. Our 5:1 class policy means every child receives focused attention, individual correction, feedback and personal guidance throughout the lesson.

5:1
Maximum five students per teacher
Small classes by design.

02 · Soft Skills & Personal Development

Developing the child behind the instrument.

Musical ability is only one part of the journey. Alongside lessons, students develop skills that help them learn better, express themselves and confidently stand before others.

03 · Blue Book & Class Tracking

You should know what your child is learning.

Your child’s Blue Book helps you follow the learning journey after class. Teachers update it so you can see what has been covered, where your child is and what comes next.

04 · Assessments & Progress Reports

Progress should be visible.

Students are assessed monthly, and parents receive a Monthly Assessment Report (MAR). It shows what your child can do independently, what needs attention and the next learning focus. Towards the end of the session — around Month 5/6 — an End-of-Session Assessment Report (EAR) gives a fuller picture of development.

06 · Beyond the Classroom

The journey should be memorable too.

Eagles is not designed to feel like one long timetable of lessons. Students may enjoy themed days, creative activities and special Academy moments that help them connect, enjoy learning and build positive childhood memories.

07 · External Performances & Special Invitations

Sometimes, the journey goes beyond Eagles.

As students grow in skill, confidence and readiness, selected students may receive opportunities to perform or participate on special platforms outside the Academy.

These are selective opportunities and are not guaranteed to every student.
