Kayode is an astute administrator with towering records in leadership and customer satisfaction. He has over time stamped his presence with an indelible mark of excellence in Business Strategy, Management and Administration. He has proven management leadership skills as well as excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. He has administered at various institutions in the past where he routinized coordinating daily operational functions, streamlining management systems, monitoring budgets, supervising managers, improving business efficiency, requesting audits, and analyzing financial data.

He has a B.Sc. Degree in Mathematics from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta where he finished top of his class. He has a rich background in Music and has attended various music institutions which includes The Musical Society of Nigeria (MUSON) where he bagged a Graduate Certificate in Music. He is also currently a Music Director at RCCG.

Kayode is the Head of Administration of The Eagles Music Academy from whence he manages daily office operations, coordinates administrative procedures, oversees the human resources requirements, leads the implementation and operation of strategic plans, among many others.
